Partners#
LIT is delivered by partners, under their brand, to their customers. Positronic builds the platform. If you're a team, talk to a partner. If you deploy AI for clients, become one.
How it works#
Positronic builds and maintains the platform: the server, the desktop, the mobile apps, the policy engine, the record. Partners deliver it to their customers under the partner's brand, with the partner's name on the login page, the partner's theme on every screen, and the partner's engineers in the room when the customer has a question.
Partners own the accounts they bring. Positronic never sells direct into a partner's accounts, never contacts a partner's customers, and never appears in the product a partner's customers use unless the partner wants it to. The partner is the vendor. We are the engineering behind the vendor.
| Positronic | Partner | Partner's customers |
|---|---|---|
| Builds the platform | Deploys it under their brand | Sign in with their own identity provider |
| Ships releases: server, desktop, mobile | Administers policy and seats per customer | Get a seat and a provisioned agent on day one |
| Supports the partner's engineers | Supports the customer | Own their channels, transcripts and audit log |
What a partner gets#
The platform under your brand. A theme painter and a brand preset: logo, palette, login page, product name. Your customers see your product.
Per-team policy you administer for each customer. Every customer is a team with its own seats, provider and model allow-lists, spend budgets, MCP allow-lists and kill switch. You set the rules once per customer and the platform enforces them; deny wins, and a team with no policy behaves exactly as it did before. Seats & Policy →
Your customers' own identity provider. Single sign-on through Keycloak, federated to whatever the customer already runs. When a person leaves the customer's directory, their seat closes and their channels go to a successor you name. Identity & Security →
Your own apps and skills on the platform. Skills are SKILL.md files your team writes once and every customer's agent can apply. Apps are small front-ends that run inside the workplace against the customer's agents, under the same policy and on the same record. Skills & apps →
The native mobile app with your icon. iOS and Android, in beta. Your customers' managers check in, redirect an agent and tap approval cards from a phone that shows your brand, not ours. Mobile →
Our engineering behind you. Positronic is the second line. Your engineers talk to ours directly, and platform fixes ship to every partner at once.
Seats or tokens#
Most teams already pay for Claude subscriptions. LIT runs the vendor's own harness, Claude Code, Codex CLI or Gemini CLI, so those seats work in the workplace exactly as the vendor intends, with the team holding the credential and the member using it. When a customer is ready to move to pay-per-token billing, the admin adds an API key next to the seats and the agents keep working, on the same record, with no migration. Customers start on the seats they have, move to tokens when the accountant is ready, and lose nothing either way. Any harness, any model →
Who partners are#
Partners deploy AI for clients and want a workplace they can stand behind rather than a chat window they have to apologize for. That includes:
- Fractional CTOs who run the AI program for several companies at once and need the same governance in each.
- Consultancies that deliver AI adoption engagements and need the engagement to outlast the engagement.
- Agencies that build agents and skills for customers and need somewhere for those agents to live.
- Managed service providers who already run identity, devices and infrastructure for their customers and want AI agents to sit inside the same controls.
The common thread: you own the customer relationship, you are accountable for what the AI does in the customer's environment, and you would rather administer policy than write a platform.
Our first partner#
JovAI is the first LIT partner. JovAI delivers the platform under its own brand to its customers, administers each customer's policy and seats, and brings its own apps and skills to the workplace. Much of what is now Team Policy, provisioned agents and the mobile app was built for, and tested by, JovAI's deployment before it reached the platform. That is the model we intend for every partner: the platform gets better because partners push on it with real customers.
Become a partner#
If you deploy AI for clients and want to deliver it as a workplace under your brand, we would like to talk. Partner licensing is arranged directly with us, and the free desktop and pip install remain free for personal use so your engineers can try the whole thing before anyone signs anything.
