Remote-Work Application Development

In 2015 two startup cofounders in New York approached us to help them imagine up and bring to fruition a web application that would help executives be more effective doing remote-work. They did not have any technical resources, product specifications, or investors, other than themselves.

We hosted the founders in our offices for a one week vision camp where we were able to mock up a complete virtual office that created rich in-office experiences. In the six months that followed we built that vision into a fast, scalable, reliable app which is still in use today by tens of thousands of customers across the world.

The cloud web application provides branded immersive office experiences, instant-on reliable video conferencing for up to 50 participants at a time, a Slack-like rich-text chat app, a heads-up display showing live locations for all coworkers, and a virtual guest experience for visitors. The real-time interactive floor plan empowers spontaneous interactions among distributed team members.
